Hayley joined Rumm Employment Law in May 2021 as a Senior Solicitor expanding our Employment Litigation function.
Hayley has over 9 years' experience advising both employees and employers on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.
Hayley has a wealth of litigation experience representing both employees, including at Senior Management and Director level, and employers within a wide range of private industry sectors, including construction; retail; security; financial and recruitment. She is especially interested in business protection and restrictive covenants.
Hayley also has vast experience representing public sector employers, including local authorities; fire authorities, local councils and all educational institutions including schools, Academies and Multi Academy Trusts on a wide range of litigious issues, including successfully defending claims in the SEND Tribunal.
Hayley prides herself on providing her clients with a high-level professional, dedicated and supportive service.
Hayley occupies her spare time with her young family and is a keen Zumba enthusiast.
