Maxine joined Rumm Employment Law in April 2015 as a HR Consultant.

Maxine has a solid HR background spanning nearly 20 years whilst working in big blue chip companies in various senior HR roles at Sainsbury's, Cable and Wireless, BT, Nike and EE. She is a Chartered member of the CIPD, holds a BA Hons in Personnel Management, a Masters of Law in Law and Employee Relations and also certificates in Counselling.

Maxine is a tenacious, creative and ambitious professional who thrives on delivering high quality partnerships in challenging situations to achieve results in an efficient and cost-effective manner. During her career she has gained extensive employee relations experience and strong coaching skills and has excellent drafting expertise with attention to detail, whilst being focussed on a timely resolution.

Maxine has a wealth of experience in dealing with non-contentious matters as well as supporting contentious employment matters.
