David founded Rumm Employment Law in 2007 and remains the key factor in ensuring the practice has grown and developed and is now considered one of the leading Employment Law consultancies in its field.
David is well known for his expertise in advising both companies and individuals on all aspects of employment law. The practice exists because of recommendation and repeat business. Indeed David is often instructed by opponents against whom he has previously acted.
David has been described by clients as being "formidable in court and negotiation" and a "highly effective weapon in our armoury." It’s also been said of him that he is a "clever lawyer" who will provide "carefully thought out advice and deliver no nonsense representation."
His special interests are discrimination, unfair dismissal, "boardroom battles", redundancy, TUPE, business protection negotiation and compromise.
Outside employment law, David enjoys relaxing in East Sussex with his four young children and is a keen racing cyclist and marksman.
