Joanna Gooden

Joanna joined Rumm Employment Law as a solicitor in 2012. Joanna has experience of advising both employers and employees on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters including unfair dismissal, disciplinary and grievance procedures, workplace discrimination, employment tribunal litigation, severance agreements and drafting employment documentation. Joanna is an approachable and diligent employment lawyer who strives to achieve the best result for her clients’. Prior to joining Rumm Employment Law, Joanna trained at Herbert Smith.

Outside employment law, Joanna enjoys spending time with her family and has a keen interest in VW campervans.
